The invention provides a novel steer-by-wire column hand feeling simulator. The novel steer-by-wire column hand feeling simulator comprises a power-assisted motor; the upper tubular column assembly is mounted on one side of the power-assisted motor; the speed reducing mechanism is installed in the upper tubular column assembly, the speed reducing output end of the speed reducing mechanism is connected with the power input end of the upper tubular column assembly, the speed reducing input end of the speed reducing mechanism is connected with the power output end of the power assisting motor, and the central axis of the speed reducing input end coincides with the central axis of the speed reducing output end; and the control device is electrically connected with the power-assisted motor. On the premise that the function and the performance of the hand feeling simulator are not reduced, the planet wheel speed reducing mechanism can achieve the minimum envelope, and the maximum avoiding space is provided for arrangement of other modules of the whole vehicle; meanwhile, effective speed reduction and torque increase of the motor can be realized; corresponding motor power is matched through different gear reduction ratios, variable assisting power is provided through software adjustment, and effective steering of a driver is achieved.

    本发明提供一种新型线控转向管柱手感模拟器,包括:助力电机;上管柱组件,上管柱组件安装在助力电机的一侧;减速机构,减速机构安装在上管柱组件内,减速机构的减速输出端与上管柱组件的动力输入端相连接,减速机构的减速输入端与助力电机的动力输出端相连接,减速输入端的中心轴线与减速输出端的中心轴线相重合;以及控制装置,控制装置与助力电机电连接。本发明在不降低手感模拟器的功能及性能前提下,使用行星轮减速机构能够实现包络最小,为整车其他模块布置提供最大的避让空间;同时能够实现电机有效降速增扭;通过不同的齿轮减速比匹配相应电机功率,经过软件调校提供可变化的助力,实现驾驶员有效转向。
