The invention relates to the technical field of brakes, in particular to an automobile brake friction fault assessment method and system, a storage medium and a terminal, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a friction coefficient dynamic signal and a friction temperature dynamic signal generated by a friction plate of a brake when an automobile is braked; respectively carrying out noise reduction processing on the friction coefficient dynamic signal and the friction temperature dynamic signal; according to the friction coefficient dynamic signal and the friction temperature dynamic signal after noise reduction, a friction coefficient fault quantity composed of a plurality of first fault sub-quantities and a friction temperature fault quantity composed of a plurality of second fault sub-quantities are obtained, and the first fault sub-quantities and the second fault sub-quantities are weighted; and the friction coefficient fault quantity and the friction temperature fault quantity are compared with a preset first threshold value and a preset second threshold value respectively, the brake friction fault evaluation grade is obtained based on the comparison result, and prompt information is sent to the vehicle machine according to the evaluation grade. According to the method, the brake accident is avoided by obtaining the brake friction fault evaluation grade.

    本发明涉及制动器技术领域,尤其涉及汽车制动器摩擦故障评估方法及系统、存储介质和终端,方法包括:获取汽车在制动时制动器的摩擦片产生的摩擦系数动态信号及摩擦温度动态信号;分别对摩擦系数动态信号及摩擦温度动态信号进行降噪处理;根据降噪后的摩擦系数动态信号及摩擦温度动态信号分别获取由多种第一故障子量组成的摩擦系数故障量和由多种第二故障子量组成的摩擦温度故障量,并对第一故障子量及第二故障子量进行赋权重;将摩擦系数故障量及摩擦温度故障量分别与预设的第一阈值及第二阈值对比,基于对比结果得到制动器摩擦故障评估等级,并根据评估等级向车机发送提示信息。本发明通过得到制动器摩擦故障评估等级来避免制动事故的发生。
