Secondary current of the three primary 5A open-type current transformers is information of a real-time operation current value output by each phase of the power supply transformer, a real-time voltage information value is compared with a rated reference voltage value, and when the result is that the real-time voltage information value is smaller than the rated reference voltage value, the charging pile can directly charge or reserve to charge, and the charging pile can directly charge or reserve to charge. When the real-time voltage information value is larger than the rated reference voltage value, it is indicated that the real-time operation current value reaches or exceeds the rated current value in the full-load peak electricity consumption period, all the automobile charging piles in the community are scheduled in a unified mode for orderly charging, and the purpose of power supply and electricity consumption safety of the community is achieved.

    本发明简化了硬件电路,供电变压器每相输出的额定电流值用额定基准电压值表示,供电变压器每相输出的实时运行电流值用实时电压信息值表示,用三个一次5A的开口式电流互感器分别卡在供电变压器三相电流互感器的二次5A的电路中,三个一次5A开口式电流互感器的二次电流就是供电变压器每相输出实时运行电流值的信息,实时电压信息值与额定基准电压值进行比较,其结果如实时电压信息值小于额定基准电压值时,充电桩可以直充或预约充电,属低负荷无序充电时段,如实时电压信息值大于额定基准电压值时,说明实时运行电流值达到或超过额定电流值属满载高峰用电时段,开始对小区内所有汽车充电桩统一调度进行有序充电,达到小区供电用电安全的目的。
