And carrying out optimization control on the target function by using an optimization hunter prey algorithm, finally outputting optimal system control data to a control unit, and carrying out optimization scheduling according to an optimal scheduling strategy. Compared with the prior art, the temperature in the vehicle can be increased in winter, the activity of the storage battery is improved, the economic cost is lowest, and the endurance is optimal.
