The invention relates to a front single-leaf spring suspension system and a vehicle. The front single-leaf spring suspension system comprises a vehicle frame, a front single-leaf spring and a limiting structure. The frame comprises a first frame body and a second frame body which are arranged in a spaced mode in the first direction. The front single-leaf spring comprises a first part movably connected with the first frame body and a second part movably connected with the second frame body, and the maximum displacement of the first part is smaller than that of the second part. One end of the limiting structure is connected with one side of the second part, bypasses the side, away from the second part, of the first part and is connected with the other side of the second part. The limiting structure and the first part are arranged at intervals. When the first part is fractured, the movement range of the second part in the first direction is increased, so that the limiting structure is pulled, the length of the limiting structure in the first direction is gradually increased, the movement range of the front single-leaf spring in the first direction is limited, and dislocation of the front shaft when the front shaft moves along with the front single-leaf spring is avoided.
