The invention discloses a real-time road condition prediction method and system based on GPS data in a PEMS, and relates to the technical field of traffic control. According to the method, real-time road condition prediction is carried out by adopting GPS data (including latitude and longitude coordinates, speed, acceleration and the like) of vehicle-mounted exhaust gas detection equipment PEMS, a data source of an existing vehicle is fully utilized, the accuracy and the real-time performance of road condition prediction are improved, the method does not depend on specific sensor equipment, data acquisition is more convenient, and the cost is lower. Meanwhile, through the prediction model and feature selection, the complex incidence relation between the vehicle driving data can be better captured, and the accuracy and robustness of prediction are improved.

    本发明公开一种基于PEMS中GPS数据的实时路况预测方法和系统,涉及交通控制技术领域。本发明采用车载尾气检测设备(Portable Emission Measurement System,PEMS)的GPS数据(包括经纬度坐标、速度和加速度等)进行实时路况预测,充分利用了现有车辆的数据源,提高了路况预测的准确性和实时性,且不依赖于特定的传感器设备,数据获取更加方便且成本更低。同时,本发明通过预测模型和特征选择,能够更好地捕捉车辆行驶数据之间的复杂关联关系,提高了预测的准确性和鲁棒性。
