The invention relates to a traffic flow prediction method based on block chain and federal learning fusion. The method comprises the steps that a main edge server issues an initialization model; a client roadside unit builds a traffic flow prediction model and trains the traffic flow prediction model; the client roadside unit uploads the parameters and accuracy of the traffic flow prediction model to a nearby edge server to obtain reputation excitation; a new block is generated and added into the block chain, and a corresponding reputation value is given for reward distribution; a global model and parameters thereof are obtained, and the parameters of the global model are uploaded to the block chain; and the client roadside unit downloads the parameters of the global model from the block chain for local updating, and returns to the step (2). The block chain is combined with federated learning, so that the privacy of the roadside unit data of the client is guaranteed, more roadside units are stimulated to participate in the federated learning task, the accuracy of traffic flow prediction can be improved while the privacy is protected, a city is helped to better plan and deal with traffic problems, and the travel efficiency and comfort of residents are improved at the same time.
本发明涉及一种基于区块链与联邦学习融合的交通流预测方法,包括:主边缘服务器下发初始化模型;客户端路边单元搭建交通流预测模型并训练;客户端路边单元将交通流预测模型的参数与准确率上传至附近的边缘服务器来获得信誉激励;产生新的区块加入区块链中,给出对应的信誉值进行奖励分配;得到全局模型及其参数,将全局模型的参数上传至区块链;客户端路边单元从区块链中下载全局模型的参数进行本地更新,返回步骤(2)。将区块链与联邦学习结合,保障了客户端路边单元数据的隐私性同时激励更多的路边单元参与联邦学习任务中,还可以保护隐私的同时提高交通流预测的准确性,帮助城市更好地规划和处理交通问题,同时提高居民的出行效率和舒适度。
