The rear shaft output part is in transmission connection with the input part, the middle transmission part is arranged between the front shaft output part and the rear shaft output part, and the electromagnetic jaw locking module and the electromagnetic torque control module are arranged on the front shaft output part and are in transmission connection with the rear shaft output part through the middle transmission part. And the front shaft output part inputs power under the driving of the electromagnetic jaw locking module or the electromagnetic torque control module. According to the transfer case, any one of the electromagnetic torque control module and the electromagnetic jaw locking module can be deleted according to different vehicle types and different configurations, and redevelopment and redesign are not needed, so that the remodeling period can be remarkably shortened, and the adaptability of the transfer case to the vehicle types is improved.
本发明提供一种四驱车用模块式多功能分动器,包括壳体,及设置在壳体内的基本功能模块,其还包括设置在壳体内的中间传动部及电磁牙嵌锁止模块及电磁扭矩控制模块,基本功能控制模块包括输入部、前轴输出部及后轴输出部,后轴输出部与输入部传动连接,中间传动部设置在前轴输出部与后轴输出部之间,电磁牙嵌锁止模块及电磁扭矩控制模块分别设置在前轴输出部上、分别通过中间传动部与后轴输出部传动连接,前轴输出部在电磁牙嵌锁止模块或电磁扭矩控制模块的驱动下输入动力。可以根据车型不同、配置不同来删减电磁扭矩控制模块或电磁牙嵌锁止模块中的任一模块,无需重新开发设计,从而可以显著缩短改型周期,提高了分动器对车型的适应能力。
