The invention provides a dual-clutch system, a driving system of an electric moped and the electric moped. The double-clutch system comprises an outer ring (110), an inner ring (130) and a middle ring (120), the outer side one-way clutch assembly is arranged between the outer ring (110) and the middle ring (120); and the inner side one-way clutch assembly is arranged between the inner ring (130) and the middle ring (120). The outer one-way clutch engages when the outer ring (110) rotates in a first direction relative to the intermediate ring (120), and the inner one-way clutch engages when the inner ring (130) rotates in the first direction relative to the intermediate ring (120).
