The invention provides a mechanical self-locking bolt mechanism for a locking device of ship roll-on and roll-off equipment, which comprises a bracket, a hydraulic oil cylinder, a stop block, a bendable connecting rod mechanism and a bolt, and is characterized in that the bracket comprises an L-shaped plate and two side plates, and the two side plates are arranged on the two sides of the L-shaped plate in a mirror symmetry manner and are fixedly connected with the L-shaped plate; the central axis of the hydraulic oil cylinder inclines downwards relative to the vertical plate, and an oil cylinder shaft of the hydraulic oil cylinder stretches out and draws back between the two side plates. The plug pin is arranged on the lower portion between the two side plates and is parallel to a transverse plate in the L-shaped plate, the upper end of the bendable connecting rod mechanism is rotatably connected with the two side plates through pin shafts, the lower end of the bendable connecting rod mechanism is rotatably connected with the end, close to the vertical plate, of the plug pin, and the free end of a hydraulic oil cylinder shaft is connected with the two ends of the bendable connecting rod. The stop block is located between the two side plates. By the adoption of the mechanical self-locking bolt mechanism, even if the oil cylinder accidentally loses efficacy, the bolt cannot be pushed back, the effect of the locking device is prevented from being reduced, and navigation safety is guaranteed.
