The invention belongs to the field of cranes, and discloses a crane as well as a self-dismounting system, a self-assembly method and a self-dismounting method thereof, the self-dismounting system is arranged at the tail part of a rotary table, so that a front-section component of a folding and unfolding mechanism in a superlift counterweight luffing system can be hoisted by virtue of a lifting hoisting mechanism in the self-dismounting system; and the lifting of the front-section component is realized. Under the condition that the front end of the front section component is hinged to the tail of the rotary table, the folding and unfolding mechanism can be integrally dragged by means of a traction swing mechanism in the self-disassembly and assembly system, so that the folding and unfolding mechanism can swing up and down around the tail of the rotary table. Therefore, no matter the folding and unfolding mechanism is assembled or disassembled, the whole folding and unfolding mechanism can be suspended through the self-disassembling and assembling system, so that the folding and unfolding mechanism can be assisted to be quickly disassembled and assembled. Due to the fact that extra cranes do not need to be rented in the self-disassembly and assembly process of the folding and unfolding mechanism, the problem that multiple cranes are difficult to cooperate does not exist, the disassembly and assembly cost and the disassembly and assembly difficulty can be greatly reduced, and the disassembly and assembly efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明属于起重机领域,公开了一种起重机及其自拆装系统、自装配方法和自拆卸方法,通过在转台尾部设置自拆装系统,可借助自拆装系统中的升降吊装机构对超起配重变幅系统中的折叠收展机构的前段构件进行吊装,实现前段构件的升降。在前段构件的前端与转台尾部铰接的情况下,可借助自拆装系统中的牵引摆动机构对折叠收展机构进行整体牵引,使其能够绕转台尾部上下摆动。因此无论是对折叠收展机构进行装配或拆卸,都可通过自拆装系统实现其整体悬空,从而可辅助其快速完成拆装。由于在折叠收展机构的自拆装过程中无须额外租用吊车,不存在多台吊车难以协同配合的问题,因此可大幅降低拆装成本和拆装难度,极大提高拆装效率。
