The upper clamping set and the lower clamping set are matched to clamp the upper end and the lower end of the mold, compared with the mode that only the upper end of the mold is used for clamping and hoisting, the hoisting points of the mold can be increased, and the hoisting stability of the mold is improved; and meanwhile, the upper placing plate, the side edge plates and the bottom bearing plate form a frame-shaped clamping area capable of being adjusted in a self-adaptive mode according to the size of the end of the die, the end of the die is clamped and fixed in multiple directions through the frame-shaped clamping area, and the hoisting stability of the die is further improved.

    本发明提供一种压铸模具自动吊装设备,属于模具吊装技术领域,包括龙门吊架,龙门吊架水平段设置有两个对称排布的悬吊电葫芦,悬吊电葫芦下端均设置有吊具,吊具包括上夹装组和下夹装组,所述上夹装组包括上置板、连板、侧边板与底承接板,下夹装组与上夹装组的结构相同。本发明利用上夹装组和下夹装组配合对模具上下两端均进行夹固,相对于仅利用模具上端进行夹固吊装的方式,可增加模具的吊装点,提高模具吊装稳定性,同时上置板、侧边板和底承接板三者构成一个可根据模具端部尺寸进行自适应调节的框形夹装区,利用框形夹装区对模具端部实施多向夹固,进一步提高模具的吊装稳定性。
