The invention belongs to the technical field of cranes, and discloses a container spin lock automatic locking mechanism which comprises a connecting block (1), a cam (2), a spin lock (3), a cross pin shaft (4), an oil cylinder (5), an oil cylinder bearing (6), a spin lock rotating rod (7) and a spin lock connecting rod (8). Each connecting block (1) is of a U-shaped structure, a connecting hole is formed in an opening of each connecting block (1), and the openings of the two connecting blocks (1) are opposite and connected through a cross pin shaft (4). Wherein one connecting block (1) is fixedly connected with the right side surface of the cam (2), and the other connecting block (1) is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the oil cylinder (5); the other end of the oil cylinder (5) is hinged with the right end of the mechanism fixing plate through an oil cylinder bearing (6); and the mechanism fixing plate is fixedly connected with the container. The lifting appliance is safe and reliable in structure, rapid and automatic butt joint of the lifting appliance and the container is achieved, and automatic control over the container in the rapid transfer process is achieved.

    本发明属于起重机技术领域,公开了一种集装箱转锁自动锁紧机构,包括连接块(1)、凸轮(2)、转锁(3)、十字销轴(4)、油缸(5)、油缸轴承(6)、转锁旋杆(7)和转锁连接杆(8);所述连接块(1)呈“凹”字型结构,其开口处设置有连接孔,两个连接块(1)的开口处相对并通过十字销轴(4)连接;其中一个连接块(1)与凸轮(2)的右侧面固连,另一个连接块(1)与油缸(5)的活塞杆固连;油缸(5)的另一端通过油缸轴承(6)与机构固定板右端铰接;所述机构固定板与集装箱固定连接。本发明结构安全可靠,实现了吊具与集装箱的快速自动化对接,实现了集装箱在快速转运过程中的自动化控制。
