The invention discloses a stress monitoring method and system for an elevator steel wire rope. The method comprises the steps that an exciting coil and an induction coil are wound around the elevator steel wire rope; an excitation current is provided for the excitation coil so as to generate a uniform excitation magnetic field capable of enabling the elevator steel wire rope to reach saturation magnetization; under the condition that the elevator steel wire rope reaches saturation magnetization, an induced electromotive force signal output by the induction coil is obtained in real time; extracting a second harmonic of the excitation current frequency in the induced electromotive force signal; and the stress of the elevator steel wire rope is monitored based on the induced electromotive force corresponding to the second harmonic and a preset piezomagnetic effect model, and the mapping relation between the induced electromotive force and mechanical force is stored in the piezomagnetic effect model. According to the scheme, the accuracy of elevator steel wire rope stress monitoring can be improved.

    本申请公开了一种电梯钢丝绳的应力监测方法和系统,本申请提供的方法包括:在电梯钢丝绳上分别绕设激励线圈和感应线圈;向所述激励线圈提供激励电流,以产生可使所述电梯钢丝绳达到饱和磁化的均匀激励磁场;在所述电梯钢丝绳达到饱和磁化的情况下,实时获取所述感应线圈输出的感应电动势信号;提取感应电动势信号中所述激励电流频率的二次谐波;基于所述二次谐波对应的感应电动势和预设的压磁效应模型,监测所述电梯钢丝绳的应力,其中所述压磁效应模型中保存有感应电动势与机械力的映射关系。本申请实施例的方案,可以提高电梯钢丝绳应力监测的精度。
