The invention discloses an elevator steel wire rope replacing method. The method comprises the steps that a lift car is driven to a bottom layer, half of steel wire ropes are cut off, an elevator top layer landing door is opened, and a winding machine is used for sequentially and completely winding the cut-off steel wire ropes; and the plurality of steel wire ropes with the length matched with that of an elevator are wound on a plurality of turntables respectively and placed outside te top layer landing door, the ends of the steel wire ropes on the turntables are sequentially wound around a traction wheel and a guide wheel on a counterweight and then connected to a taper sleeve on the side of a counterweight body to be fixed, the elevator is started, the lift car slowly moves to the bottom layer, in the moving process, the steel wire ropes are pulled and released along with the counterweight body, and the other ends of the steel wire ropes are taken down to bypass the guide wheel on the lift car to be fixed to the taper sleeve at the lift car side. The steel ropes are wound and unwound through movement of the elevator lift car, so that the steel rope replacing process is high in speed, safe and high in efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种电梯钢丝绳更换方法,包括将轿厢开到底层,剪断半数的钢丝绳,打开电梯顶层层门,使用收卷机将剪断的钢丝绳依次全部收卷;将多根与电梯配套长度的钢丝绳分别缠绕在多个转盘上,并放到顶层层门外,将转盘上钢丝绳的端部依次绕过曳引轮以及对重上的导向轮,然后连接到对重体侧的锥套上固定,开动电梯,使轿厢缓慢移动到底层,移动过程中,钢丝绳随对重体一起被拉动释放,将钢丝绳的另一端取下绕过轿厢上的导向轮固定在轿厢侧的锥套上。本发明利用电梯轿厢的移动进行收放钢绳,使得更换钢绳过程速度快、安全、效率高。
