The invention relates to a bionic bee camouflage survey robot which comprises a robot body, a driving mechanism, a telescopic mechanism, a plurality of transmission mechanisms and a plurality of flapping wings. The transmission mechanism comprises an auxiliary shaft and a plurality of input gears with different diameters, and the input gears with different diameters are coaxially and fixedly connected with the auxiliary shaft; the driving mechanism comprises an output main shaft and a plurality of output gears with different diameters, the output gears with different diameters are coaxially and fixedly connected with the output main shaft, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the output main shaft to rotate; the multiple output gears are selectively connected with the corresponding input gears located on the different auxiliary shafts in a meshed mode. The telescopic end of the telescopic mechanism is fixedly connected with the driving mechanism, and the telescopic mechanism stretches out and draws back to move the output gear so that the output gear can be selectively connected with the corresponding input gears located on the different auxiliary shafts in a meshed mode. The multiple flapping wings are in transmission connection with the adjacent transmission mechanisms correspondingly, and the meshing connection change of the input gear and the output gear is used for adjusting the differential motion state of the multiple flapping wings.
