The invention relates to the field of aerospace equipment, and discloses a variable-elongation wing and an aircraft. The aircraft comprises a variable-elongation wing, the variable-elongation wing comprises at least two wing ribs, and all the wing ribs are sequentially arranged in parallel at intervals; the folding mechanisms are arranged between any two adjacent wing ribs, each folding mechanism comprises a locking piece, an elastic piece and two connecting rods, one ends of the two connecting rods are hinged, the other ends of the two connecting rods are arranged opposite to the two wing ribs respectively, one connecting rod at least corresponds to one elastic piece, and the other ends of the two connecting rods are hinged to the locking pieces. The other end of each connecting rod is connected with the wing rib opposite to the connecting rod through the corresponding elastic piece, each connecting rod is hinged to the wing rib opposite to the connecting rod, the elastic pieces are used for enabling the connecting rods to be perpendicular to the wing ribs opposite to the connecting rods, and the locking pieces are used for locking or unlocking the connecting rods and the wing ribs when the connecting rods are perpendicular to the wing ribs. The distance between every two adjacent wing ribs is adjusted through folding of the folding mechanism, so that the variable unfolding wing can reach a higher folding rate.
