The invention relates to a precision control method for a broadside segment of a dual-fuel container ship and the broadside segment, and the method comprises the steps: dividing the broadside segment of the dual-fuel container ship into a double-layer bottom segment, a platform plate small group, a broadside middle group, an inclined side plate middle group and a compartment middle group, and carrying out the splicing construction of plates; in the construction process, the main scale and levelness of each part, the perpendicularity of internal components and the flatness after welding are monitored; respectively drawing mounting position lines of a platform plate group, an inclined side plate middle group and a compartment middle group on the double-layer bottom segment, sequentially mounting the platform plate group, carrying out angle joint simulation on a broadside middle group, the inclined side plate middle group and the compartment middle group before mounting the inclined side plate middle group and the compartment middle group, and carrying out angle joint simulation on the side plate middle group and the compartment middle group; and finally, a segmented toggle plate is installed at the included angle position between the platform plate group and the double-layer bottom segment. The precision control method is used for building the broadside segment of the dual-fuel container ship, precision control is carried out in the building process, and the precision of the broadside segment of the dual-fuel container ship after final carrying is completed is met.

    本发明涉及一种一种双燃料集装箱船舷侧分段精度控制方法及舷侧分段,将双燃料集装箱船舷侧分段划分为双层底片段、平台板小组、舷侧中组、斜旁板中组、隔舱中组分别拼板建造,建造过程中对每个部分的主尺度、水平度、内部构件垂直度及焊接完成后的平整度进行监测;在双层底片段上分别绘制平台板小组、斜旁板中组和隔舱中组的安装位置线,依次安装平台板小组、将舷侧中组、斜旁板中组和隔舱中组,斜旁板中组和隔舱中组安装前进行角接缝模拟,最后在平台板小组和双层底片段之间的夹角位置安装分段肘板。通过本发明的精度控制方法进行双燃料集装箱船舷侧分段的建造,建造过程中进行精度控制,满足最终搭载完成后的双燃料集装箱船舷侧分段的精度。
