The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle batteries, and discloses a vehicle battery automatic reloading system and a method thereof.The battery is installed at the bottom of a vehicle, a clamping hole is formed in the battery, the reloading system comprises a clamping device, a driving assembly, a bent arm and a sliding rail, the driving assembly is used for driving the bent arm to swing, and in the clamping state, the bent arm is driven by the sliding rail to swing; the clamping end of the bent arm is inserted into a clamping hole in the bottom of the battery; the reloading device is located on the lower side of the vehicle and comprises a three-way driving arm and a reloading table driven by the three-way driving arm, and the reloading table is located at the end of the three-way driving arm and used for lifting the battery; first moving units are distributed on the reloading table in an array mode. The charging device comprises second moving units and a charging platform with a charging port, the charging platform is flush with the reloading platform, the second moving units are distributed on the charging platform in an array mode, and the first moving units and the second moving units are rolling pieces protruding out of the reloading platform and the charging platform and drive the batteries to move to the charging port. The problem of low charging efficiency of the vehicle battery is solved.

    本发明涉及车辆电池技术领域,公开了车辆电池自动换装系统及其方法,电池安装于车辆的底部,电池设有夹持孔,换装系统包括:夹持装置,包括驱动组件、弯臂和滑轨,驱动组件用于驱动弯臂摆动,在夹持状态下,弯臂的夹持端插入到电池底部的夹持孔中;换装装置,位于车辆的下侧,包括三向驱动臂及其驱动的换装台,换装台位于三向驱动臂的端部,托举所述电池;换装台上阵列分布有第一移动单元;充电装置,包括第二移动单元和具有充电口的充电平台,充电平台与换装台齐平,第二移动单元阵列分布在充电平台上,第一移动单元和第二移动单元为凸出于换装台和充电平台的滚动件,驱动所述电池移动到所述充电口处,解决了车辆电池充电效率低的问题。
