The invention discloses an anti-collision rear axle of an electric vehicle, which belongs to the technical field of anti-collision rear axles and comprises a rear axle body and an anti-collision mechanism. The rear axle body comprises two symmetrical half shafts which are connected through a connecting axle. One end part of the half shaft is rotationally mounted on the vertical supporting plate; the vertical supporting plate is fixedly installed on the lower portion of the vehicle shell. The anti-collision mechanism comprises two sliding rings A, an arc-shaped elastic buffer plate A and a buffer spring A; the two sliding rings A are correspondingly installed on the peripheral sides of the two half shafts in a sliding mode respectively. The two ends of the buffer spring A are connected with the side face of the sliding ring A and the side face of the vertical supporting plate correspondingly; the two ends of the arc-shaped elastic buffer plate A are hinged to the side ends of the two sliding rings A respectively. By installing the anti-collision mechanism, the lateral buffering mechanism and the secondary buffering mechanism on the rear axle body, efficient protection of the rear axle body is achieved, and the probability that the rear axle body is impacted and damaged is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电动车防撞后桥,属于防撞后桥技术领域,本发明包括后桥本体以及防撞机构;后桥本体包括通过连接桥连接的两相互对称的半轴;半轴一端部转动安装在竖直支撑板上;竖直支撑板固定安装车壳体下部;防撞机构包括两滑动环A、弧形弹性缓冲板A以及缓冲弹簧A;两滑动环A分别对应滑动安装在两半轴外周侧;缓冲弹簧A套设在半轴外周侧且缓冲弹簧A两端分别连接滑动环A侧面以及竖直支撑板侧面;弧形弹性缓冲板A两端分别与两滑动环A的侧端铰接。本发明通过在后桥本体上安装防撞机构、侧向缓冲机构以及次级缓冲机构,实现对后桥本体的高效防护,降低后桥本体被撞击受损的概率。
