The method is suitable for the field of rail transit, and the precision of length and dip angle parameter measurement in an extreme environment is improved.

    本发明公开的一种光栅式轨距及高差测量尺,属于几何量测量技术领域。本发明采用球状结构,通过点接触减小轨面污渍及平整度对测量的影响,提高测量精度;尺身采用低热膨胀系数、质量轻、强度高的材料制成,便于携带同时也能适应极端环境的测量需求;使用光栅式长度传感器,且其安装位置的测量轴线与待测量轴线相同,消除长度测量阿贝误差,提高轨距测量的精度;通过对倾角传感器数值连续采集并使用平均值进行三角函数解算,大幅提高倾角传感器测量精度;利用校准尺进行零位校准,并记录其光栅式长度传感器的伸缩量,作为测量尺的零位,无需开关机重复校准,提高使用的便利性。本发明适用轨道交通领域,提高在极端环境下长度及倾角参数测量的精度。
