The invention provides a synchronous action control hydraulic system and a rail car thereof. The synchronous action control hydraulic system comprises a hand pump; the load-sensitive variable pump is connected to one end of the hand pump through a pipeline, a radiator is fixedly installed at the end of the load-sensitive variable pump, one end of the hand pump is connected with a third ball valve and a fourth ball valve through pipelines, and the load-sensitive variable pump is connected with a pressure sensor through a wire. One end of the third ball valve and one end of the fourth ball valve are both in pipeline connection with a load-sensitive multi-way valve, one side of the load-sensitive multi-way valve is in pipeline connection with a second walking motor, and a first brake is fixedly installed on one side of the second walking motor. According to the synchronous action control hydraulic system and the rail car thereof, the car walking system adopts an independent load-sensitive proportional multi-way valve to drive an independent low-speed large-torque motor, and synchronization of four driving motors is achieved by inputting the same current value; accurate positioning of the vehicle is achieved through the small-flow stability of the load-sensitive multi-way valve.

    本发明提供一种同步动作控制液压系统及其轨道车,包括:手摇泵;负载敏感变量泵,所述负载敏感变量泵通过管道连接于所述手摇泵的一端,所述的一端固定安装有散热器,所述手摇泵的一端分别管道连接有第三球阀和第四球阀,所述负载敏感变量泵导线连接有压力传感器,所述第三球阀和第四球阀的一端均管道连接有负载敏感多路阀,所述负载敏感多路阀的一侧管道连接有走行马达二,所述走行马达二的一侧固定安装有第一制动器。本发明提供的一种同步动作控制液压系统及其轨道车具有车辆走行系统采用单独的负载敏感比例多路阀驱动单独的低速大扭矩马达,通过输入相同的电流值大小来实现四个驱动马达同步;利用负载敏感多路阀的小流量稳定性实现车辆精确位。
