The modularized emergency buoyancy device comprises an aluminum alloy frame, a top plate is fixed to the top face of the aluminum alloy frame, a gas cylinder is installed on the top plate through a gas cylinder hoop, and a cylinder head valve is arranged at a cylinder opening of the gas cylinder; the bottle head valve is sequentially connected with a first pressure transmitter, an air filter, an electromagnetic valve, a pressure reducing valve, a second pressure transmitter and a one-way valve in series through a pipeline, the output end of the one-way valve is connected with an air bag through a metal hose, and the air bag is installed in the aluminum alloy frame. A first manual stop valve is installed on the pipeline between the first pressure transmitter and the air filter through a branch pipe, and a second manual stop valve is installed on the pipeline at the output end of the one-way valve. The air bag structure is adopted to replace a water ballast space, the weight of the system is reduced, and the maintainability of the system is improved.

    本发明涉及适用于水下潜器的模块化应急浮力装置及操作方法,包括铝合金框架,所述铝合金框架的顶面固定有一块顶板,所述顶板上通过气瓶抱箍安装气瓶,所述气瓶的瓶口设置有瓶头阀,所述瓶头阀通过管路依次串联有一号压力变送器、空气过滤器、电磁阀、减压阀、二号压力变送器和单向阀,单向阀的输出端通过金属软管连接气囊,所述气囊安装在铝合金框架的内部;一号压力变送器和空气过滤器之间的管路上通过分支管安装一号手动截止阀,单向阀输出端的管路上安装有二号手动截止阀。采用了气囊结构代替压载水舱,降低了系统重量,提高了系统的维修性。
