The invention relates to an under-sleeper pressure monitoring device and monitoring method for a sleeper, and relates to the technical field of track structures. The under-sleeper pressure monitoring device of the sleeper comprises a measuring assembly, a collecting assembly and a control assembly, the measuring assembly is arranged on the bottom face of the sleeper, and the measuring assembly is used for sensing the under-sleeper pressure; the acquisition assembly acquires the sensing electric signal generated by the measurement assembly according to a preset acquisition frequency; the control assembly receives the sensing electric signal transmitted by the acquisition assembly; wherein the measuring assembly comprises a plurality of measuring pieces laid on the bottom face of the sleeper, the measuring pieces sense pressure of different positions of the sleeper respectively and generate corresponding sensing electric signals, and the control assembly monitors the pressed state of the sleeper according to the sensing electric signals. According to the technical scheme, the under-sleeper pressure at different positions of the sleeper can be monitored in real time.

    本发明涉及一种轨枕的枕下压力监测装置及监测方法,涉及轨道结构技术领域。本发明的轨枕的枕下压力监测装置包括测量组件、采集组件以及控制组件,测量组件设置于所述轨枕的底面上,所述测量组件用于感测枕下的压力;采集组件根据预设采集频率采集所述测量组件产生的感测电信号;控制组件接收所述采集组件传输的所述感测电信号;其中,所述测量组件包括平铺在所述轨枕的底面上的多个测量件,所述多个测量件分别感测所述轨枕不同位置的压力并产生相对应的感测电信号,所述控制组件根据所述感测电信号监测所述轨枕的受压状态。本申请所公开的技术方案能够实时监测轨枕不同位置处的枕下压力。
