A transverse stop comprises a bottom plate, mounting holes are formed in the two sides of the bottom plate, a rubber body is vulcanized on the bottom plate and between the mounting holes, and the rubber body is in a cone-like shape or a circular truncated cone-like shape. The stopper rubber is designed to be conical, and meanwhile, the taper angle is made to be maximum in the spatial range, so that the transverse bearing capacity of the stopper can be greatly improved, and the free surface of the rubber can be improved when the stopper bears a large load. The opening is designed at the bottom of the rubber, so that the rubber has enough space to release deformation when the product deforms greatly in the axial direction, and the stability is improved.

    一种横向止档,包括底板,底板的两侧开设安装孔,在底板上、安装孔之间硫化有橡胶体,所述橡胶体呈类锥型或者类圆台型。通过将止挡橡胶设计成锥形,同时在空间范围内将锥角做到最大,可大幅提高止挡的横向承载能力,也有助有止挡在承受大载荷时提高橡胶的自由面。在橡胶底部设计开孔,可使产品在轴向大变形时,橡胶有足够的空间释放变形,提升稳定性。
