The invention relates to a vehicle mass estimation method and a chassis central integrated control system. The vehicle mass estimation method comprises the following steps: determining the effectiveness of a vehicle acceleration mass estimation method, a suspension height mass estimation method and a tire pressure estimation method according to acquired road information, gradient information, weather information and vehicle information; determining weight coefficients of the three estimation methods according to the effectiveness of the three estimation methods; and carrying out weighted summation on the vehicle masses estimated by the three estimation methods and the corresponding weight coefficients to obtain a vehicle mass estimation value. The invention further provides a chassis central integrated control system. The chassis central integrated control system comprises a chassis central controller, and a vehicle body attitude sensor, a tire pressure sensor, a suspension system, a steering system, a braking system, a power system and an ADAS system which are connected with the chassis central controller. The problem that an existing vehicle mass estimation method is easily influenced by driving working conditions and vehicle load changes, and consequently estimation precision is influenced is solved.

    本发明涉及一种车辆质量估算方法及底盘中央集成控制系统。车辆质量估算方法,包括以下步骤:根据获取的道路信息、坡度信息、天气信息和车辆信息,确定车辆加速质量估算法、悬架高度质量估算法和轮胎胎压估算法的有效性;根据三种估算方法的有效性,确定三种估算方法的权重系数;将三种估算方法分别估算得到的车辆质量与对应的权重系数加权求和,获得车辆质量估算值。本发明还提供一种底盘中央集成控制系统,包括底盘中央控制器和与其连接的车身姿态传感器、轮胎胎压传感器、悬架系统、转向系统、制动系统、动力系统和ADAS系统。本发明解决了现有车辆质量估算方法易受驾驶工况和车辆载荷变化影响,从而影响估算精度的问题。
