The invention belongs to the technical field of auxiliary parking, and provides a parking stall release method and system considering the parking success rate and an intelligent parking method in order to improve the parking success rate. The minimum reserved safety distance capable of meeting the parking success rate set value is obtained through matching according to the incidence relation between the parking success rate and the reserved safety distance; a parking safety frame is calculated according to the vehicle body size and the minimum reserved safety distance; selecting a parking space which can meet the parking safety frame as a candidate parking space; a parking path is planned according to the candidate parking spaces, a plurality of point positions are taken on the parking path, parking safety frames are sequentially distributed on the point positions in the tangential direction of the parking path, and the space formed by overlapping the parking safety frames on the parking path serves as the minimum parking safety space; when it is sensed that no obstacle exists in the minimum parking safety space, the candidate parking space is released to serve as a target parking space.
