The invention relates to a ZVS half-bridge three-level DC-DC converter and a charging control method thereof.The DC-DC converter comprises a primary side half-bridge unit and a secondary side rectifying unit which are connected through a transformer, the primary side half-bridge unit comprises an upper bridge arm and a lower bridge arm which are connected, and the upper bridge arm and the lower bridge arm are connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of input voltage respectively; and the upper bridge arm and the lower bridge arm are also respectively connected with a pulse width modulation controller, and the working states of the upper bridge arm and the lower bridge arm are controlled and changed in a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) mode to complete a charging control process. According to the charging control method, a constant-voltage current-limiting charging control strategy based on modulation wave selection control is adopted, a voltage loop and a current loop are split, control signals of the voltage loop and the current loop are adjusted independently, two modulation signals are obtained, the amplitudes of the two modulation signals are compared, and pulse width signal modulation is carried out after a final signal to be modulated is selected. Compared with the prior art, the charging efficiency and the power density can be improved, the voltage regulation capability of the charger is enhanced, the stability margin is widened, and the current-sharing charging state can be stabilized.

    本发明涉及一种ZVS半桥三电平DC‑DC变换器及其充电控制方法,该DC‑DC变换器包括通过变压器相连接的原边半桥单元和副边整流单元,原边半桥单元包括相连接的上、下桥臂,上、下桥臂分别与输入电压的正极、负极相连接,上、下桥臂还分别与脉宽调制控制器相连接,通过PWM的方式控制改变上、下桥臂的工作状态,完成充电控制过程。该充电控制方法采用基于调制波选择控制的恒压限流充电控制策略,将电压环和电流环进行拆分,分别单独调节各自控制信号,得到两个调制信号,再比较两个调制信号的幅值,以选择出最终的待调信号后进行脉宽信号调制。与现有技术相比,本发明能够提高充电效率及功率密度,强化充电机电压调节能力和拓宽稳定裕量,且能稳定均流充电状态。
