The invention discloses a vehicle communication and navigation method based on visible light communication, and relates to the field of traffic, and each vehicle is equipped with a VLC unit used for sending and receiving optical signals in real time. The signals include a vehicle ID, a position, a speed, an expected advancing direction, front traffic light information and the like. When a vehicle receives an optical signal from a nearby vehicle or a front vehicle, the optical signal is decoded to obtain related information, and meanwhile, the information transmitted by the front vehicle is directly transmitted to a rear vehicle. According to all received vehicle information, the system estimates the waiting time for the vehicle to turn left, go straight and turn right in front and the driving duration corresponding to the optimal navigation route for going to the destination subsequently. Through calculation, the advancing direction with the shortest total driving time serves as the subsequent navigation direction, and changed navigation information is sent to nearby vehicles in real time. According to the invention, the intersection passing efficiency and the road utilization rate can be effectively improved, and the traffic jam can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于可见光通信的车辆通信和导航方法,涉及交通领域,每辆车都配备了VLC单元,用于实时发送和接收光信号。该信号包括车辆ID、位置、速度、预期行进方向和前方红绿灯信息等。当车辆接收到来自附近车辆或前方车辆的光信号后,会进行解码以获取相关信息,同时将前方车辆传来的信息直接传递给后方车辆。系统会根据接收到的所有车辆信息,估算车辆在前方左转、直行和右转时需要等待的时间,以及后续前往目的地的最优导航路线对应的行驶时长。通过计算,将总行驶时间最短的行进方向作为后续的导航方向,并将变更的导航信息实时发送给附近车辆。本发明能有效提高路口通行效率和道路利用率,同时有助于降低交通拥堵。
