The invention discloses a traffic prediction method and system based on an adaptive hypergraph, and relates to the technical field of traffic prediction. The traffic prediction network comprises an adaptive graph structure generator, a skip connection layer, an output layer and a plurality of space-time blocks; the space-time block comprises a plurality of space-time layers, and each space-time layer comprises a graph convolutional network and a gated time convolutional network; training the traffic prediction network based on a historical traffic data set to obtain a trained traffic prediction network; and obtaining time series traffic data of an area to be predicted, and obtaining traffic prediction data in combination with the trained traffic prediction network. According to the method, the functional spatial correlation is captured from a global angle, the time-varying spatial correlation is captured from a local angle, and the traffic prediction precision is improved.

    本发明公开一种基于自适应超图的交通预测方法及系统,涉及交通预测技术领域,构建交通预测网络;所述交通预测网络包括自适应图结构生成器、跳过连接层、输出层和若干个时空块;所述时空块包括若干个时空层,所述时空层包括图卷积网络和门控时间卷积网络;基于历史交通数据集对所述交通预测网络进行训练,得到训练好的所述交通预测网络;获取待预测区域的时间序列交通数据,结合训练好的所述交通预测网络,得到交通预测数据。本发明从全局角度捕捉功能空间相关性和从局部角度捕捉时变空间相关性,提高交通预测精度。
