According to the management system, the inclination angle of the hoisted object can be conveniently adjusted, so that the hoisted object can be kept aligned with a mounting surface hole position during mounting, and the mounting efficiency is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种室内船坞龙门吊管理系统,管理系统用于调控龙门吊的吊具位姿,管理系统包括位姿多向调节吊具以及用于调控该多向调节吊具的上位机,其中位姿多向调节吊具具有吊具座、上钢索、下钢索与调控单元,其中吊具座顶部呈拱架形状、底部呈圆柱形状,吊具座顶部设有钢索座,并通过钢索座压固有上钢索,吊具座通过上钢索连接龙门吊;所述吊具座底部设有开口,吊具座内设有圆形隔板,圆形隔板相对其圆心等分设有六个槽体,圆形隔板上装有调控单元;所述调控单元包括中心柱、伺服马达、丝杠、螺母座、连杆与摆动杆。本发明的管理系统便于对吊装物的倾角进行调节,使得吊装物在安装时能保持与安装面孔位对齐的优点,保证安装效率。
