The invention discloses a multi-section separable combined type composite material aviation pod which comprises a middle cabin, a side cabin A and a side cabin B. The side cabin A is detachably connected with one end of the middle cabin, and the side cabin B is detachably connected with the other end of the middle cabin. The pod has the beneficial effects that the pod is provided with the side cabins and the middle cabin which are relatively independent, so that the profile spectrum design of the pod can be realized on the basis; under the condition of task loads of the same type, different size series of nacelles can be formed through combination of the independent cabin bodies according to functional capacity and specific requirements, so that the development cycle of products is shortened to a certain extent, and meanwhile, the production cost is also reduced; according to the pod, the mode that carbon fibers and PMI are combined is adopted, the weight of the pod is reduced, the burden of main stress components of the pod is reduced, meanwhile, a carbon fiber and PMI composite structure is adopted, the rigidity of the pod is improved, meanwhile, system damping can be increased, the mechanical property of the pod is optimized, and the pod has the vibration reduction and amplitude limiting effects; the anti-shear structures at the joints of the side cabins and the middle cabin make up for the reduction of the strength and rigidity of the connecting end frames after the pod is segmented, and the strength of the segmented part of the pod after segmentation is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种多段可分离组合式复合材料航空吊舱,包括中舱、边舱甲和边舱乙,边舱甲与中舱的一端可拆卸连接,边舱乙与中舱的另一端可拆卸连接。本发明的有益效果:本吊舱有相对独立的边舱和中舱,在此基础上便可以实现吊舱的型谱化设计;在同类型的任务载荷情况下,可根据功能容量及具体需求,通过独立舱体的组合,形成不同尺寸系列的吊舱,这在一定程度上降低了产品的研制周期,同时也降低了生产成本;采用碳纤维与PMI结合的方式,减少了吊舱的重量,也减轻了吊舱主要受力构件的负担,同时采用碳纤维与PMI复合结构在增加吊舱刚度的同时也可以增加系统阻尼,从而优化了吊舱的力学特性,使吊舱具备减振和限幅作用;边舱与中舱连接处的抗剪结构,弥补了吊舱分段后连接端框位置强度和刚度的下降,保证了分段后吊舱分段处的强度。
