The invention provides underwater operation equipment and discloses an underwater traction device which comprises a base. The base is provided with a positioning cylinder which is obliquely arranged, one end of the positioning cylinder is open, the traction body is arranged in the positioning cylinder and used for being connected with a chain, the driving module is arranged on the traction body and used for driving the traction body to move in water, and the triggering piece is used for triggering the driving module; a spring used for popping up the traction body is arranged in the positioning barrel, the spring is located between the bottom of the positioning barrel and the traction body, a plug pin is arranged on the traction body, and the plug pin is connected with the traction body in a pluggable mode and penetrates through the inner wall of one side of the positioning barrel; according to the scheme, the chain can be pulled by a horizontal body in the preset water depth, and straightening laying is carried out without terrain interference.
