Furthermore, the wheel drag reduction cover device (10) is provided with an impact mitigation mechanism (50) which, on the basis of the input of an external force to the wheel drag reduction cover (5), allows a retraction operation accompanying the displacement of the wheel drag reduction cover (5). Furthermore, the impact mitigation mechanism (50) allows the retraction operation of the wheel anti-drag cover (5) supported at the deployed position, and allows the retraction operation of the wheel anti-drag cover (5) supported at the housed position (P0).
