The invention discloses a vehicle torque fault detection method, system and device and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that an accelerator pedal depth signal, a vehicle controller torque signal and a motor controller torque signal are collected; according to the accelerator pedal depth signal, the vehicle controller torque signal and the motor controller torque signal, determining a motor target demand torque; and performing torque fault detection on the vehicle according to the actual output torque of the motor and the target demand torque of the motor. In the prior art, the target demand torque of the motor is obtained only according to the pedal signal, the actual output torque of the motor cannot quickly and accurately respond to the target demand torque, and thus the torque fault of the vehicle cannot be accurately detected. According to the method, the accurate motor target demand torque is obtained according to the accelerator pedal depth signal, the vehicle controller torque signal and the motor controller torque signal, and the vehicle torque fault is accurately detected according to the actual output torque of the motor and the motor target demand torque.

    本发明公开了一种车辆扭矩故障检测方法、系统、设备及存储介质,所述方法包括:采集加速踏板深度信号、整车控制器扭矩信号及电机控制器扭矩信号;根据加速踏板深度信号、整车控制器扭矩信号及电机控制器扭矩信号确定电机目标需求扭矩;根据电机实际输出扭矩和电机目标需求扭矩对车辆进行扭矩故障检测。相较于现有技术中仅根据踏板信号得到电机目标需求扭矩,电机实际输出扭矩无法快速准确响应目标需求扭矩,进而无法对车辆扭矩故障进行精准检测,而本发明中根据加速踏板深度信号、整车控制器扭矩信号及电机控制器扭矩信号得到准确的电机目标需求扭矩,并根据电机实际输出扭矩和电机目标需求扭矩实现对车辆扭矩故障进行精准检测。
