The invention provides a wheel speed signal spectrum analysis-based wheel looseness monitoring method, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring a wheel speed signal based on an original Hall sensor of a vehicle, processing the wheel speed signal by utilizing an interpolation algorithm, special filtering processing and a pavement roughness compensation mode, and then estimating a power spectrum of a related frequency band; and finally obtaining the real-time power spectrum characteristic state of each wheel. In the special filtering processing process, according to the relation between frequency and energy distribution in the frequency band signal amplitude spectrogram after filtering processing, the two frequency bands of 8-15 Hz and 60-80 Hz are determined as frequency intervals for judging wheel looseness, feature extraction is carried out on the frequency intervals, and finally accurate monitoring of wheel looseness is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种基于轮速信号谱分析的车轮松动监测方法,该方法基于车辆原有的霍尔传感器采集轮速信号,并利用插值算法、特殊滤波处理以及路面粗糙补偿的方式对上述轮速信号进行处理后再进行相关频段的功率谱估计,最终得到每个车轮实时的功率谱特征状态;特殊滤波处理过程中,根据滤波处理后的频段信号幅度谱图中的频率与能量分布之间的关系,将8‑15Hz和60‑80Hz两个频段确定为评判车轮松动的频率区间,并针对上述频率区间进行特征提取,最终实现了车轮松动的准确监测。
