The invention belongs to the technical field of railway vehicle air brake systems, and particularly relates to a railway wagon brake cylinder pressure control device and method. The device comprises a valve body, a first valve rod is arranged in the valve body, second valve rods are arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion in the valve rod, a valve seat is fixed in the lower section of the valve body, a sandwich valve is further arranged in the valve body in a sleeved mode, a cavity in the upper side of the valve rod is communicated with a train pipe, and an annular cavity is formed between the valve rod and the valve body and communicated with a brake cylinder. The lower side of the annular cavity is communicated with an air inlet cavity, the air inlet cavity is communicated with the auxiliary air cylinder, the cavity on the lower side of the valve seat is communicated with the emergency air cylinder, and a first small hole is formed in the first valve rod. The sectional area of the first small hole in the first valve rod is smaller than that of the annular cavity, the ascending speed of the emergency braking force of the train is increased first and then decreased, and therefore the longitudinal impulse of the train is reduced. As the emergency air cylinder is communicated with the auxiliary air cylinder during emergency braking, the brake cylinder can obtain pressure larger than that during service braking, and therefore the parking distance is shortened.

    本发明属于铁路车辆空气制动系统技术领域,特别涉及一种铁路货车制动缸压力控制装置及方法。本发明的装置包括阀体,阀体内设置有第一阀杆,阀杆内上下设置有第二阀杆,阀体的下段内固定有阀座,阀体内还套设有夹心阀,阀杆上侧的腔体与列车管连通,阀杆与阀体之间设置有环形腔体,环形腔体与制动缸连通,环形腔体的下侧连通有进气腔体,进气腔体与副风缸连通,阀座下侧的腔体与紧急风缸连通,第一阀杆上设置有第一小孔。第一阀杆上的第一小孔的截面面积小于环形腔体的截面面积,实现列车紧急制动力上升速度先大后小,从而减小列车纵向冲动。由于紧急制动时紧急风缸与副风缸沟通,制动缸可以获得比常用制动时更大的压力,从而缩短停车距离。
