The invention discloses a composite braking deceleration control method, which comprises the following steps of: evaluating available motor braking torque of a vehicle in real time through vehicle state information, and calculating maximum available deceleration of motor braking in combination with a mass estimation value; and then distributing the target braking deceleration into electric braking demand torque and air braking demand deceleration according to a set rule, and sending the electric braking demand torque and the air braking demand deceleration to corresponding subsystems. Meanwhile, the actual deceleration of the vehicle body is detected and compared with the target braking deceleration, if errors exist, deceleration adjustment is conducted by means of the advantage of rapid and accurate adjustment of the motor till the motor reaches the maximum negative torque or zero torque, and if the errors cannot be eliminated, deceleration adjustment is conducted; if yes, throttle braking is adjusted under the condition that motor braking is kept stable so as to reduce the error between the actual deceleration and the target braking deceleration of the vehicle body. The actual deceleration value of the vehicle body is detected, the actual deceleration value and the target braking deceleration form a closed loop, electric braking adjustment is conducted through the motor firstly, and accurate control over the deceleration is guaranteed through air braking adjustment after the motor reaches the capacity limit.

    本发明公开一种复合制动减速度控制方法,通过车辆状态信息实时评估车辆可用的电机制动力矩并结合质量估算值计算电机制动最大可提供减速度,然后将目标制动减速度按设定的规则分配成电制动需求力矩和气制动需求减速度并发给对应子系统。同时,检测车身实际减速度并与目标制动减速度对比,若存在误差,则先利用电机快速精准调节的优势进行减速度调节,直到电机达到最大负力矩或零力矩若还不能消除误差,则在电机制动维持稳定的情况下调节气制动以减小车身实际减速度与目标制动减速度误差。本发明检测车身实际减速度值,并与目标制动减速度形成闭环,先利用电机进行电制动调节,在电机达到能力极限后通过气制动调节,保证减速度的精准控制。
