The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted battery insulation abnormity detection method and device, a vehicle-mounted system and a vehicle. The vehicle-mounted battery insulation abnormity detection method comprises the steps that the interaction state of a vehicle-mounted battery and a high-voltage port in the vehicle and the power-on state of the whole vehicle are obtained; acquiring an insulation resistance value of the vehicle-mounted battery; and detecting an insulation abnormity reason of the vehicle-mounted battery according to the interaction state, the whole vehicle power-on state and the insulation resistance value. Through the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, the reason of the vehicle-mounted battery insulation abnormity can be quickly positioned, and a user can timely eliminate the vehicle-mounted battery insulation abnormity fault, so that the power utilization safety of the vehicle is ensured, the vehicle-mounted battery insulation abnormity can be prevented from being further expanded, and the driving experience of the user is improved.
