The invention discloses a transparent ceiling temperature control device, method and equipment, a storage medium and an automobile, belongs to the technical field of in-automobile ceilings, and solves the problems that in the prior art, continuous in-automobile warm keeping cannot be achieved in winter, comprehensive cooling cannot be achieved in summer, and a self-sufficiency temperature control system cannot be formed. The device comprises a passive refrigeration layer, skylight outer layer glass, a transparent photovoltaic module, a transparent heating layer, skylight inner layer glass, an energy storage device and a control device. The passive refrigeration layer is connected with the skylight outer layer glass; the skylight outer layer glass is connected with the transparent photovoltaic module; the transparent photovoltaic module is connected with the transparent heating layer; the transparent heating layer is connected with the skylight inner layer glass; the transparent photovoltaic module is connected with the energy storage device through the control device; and the energy storage device is connected with the transparent heating layer.
