The invention provides a tensegrity wheel. Six rigid rods with the same length are main supporting parts of the tensegrity wheel. The end point of each rod is called as the node of the structure, and the flange plates are arranged on the nodes of all the rigid rods and are mainly used for connecting the cables and the rods; on one end face, nodes of the rigid rods are connected through six horizontal rigid outer rings which are consistent in length and radian, the number of the rigid horizontal outer rings on the two end faces is 12, the rigid outer rings are connected with the rigid rods through steel cables, the rigid outer rings are connected in series through flexible outer rings, and an outer circle of the tensegrity wheel is formed. The nodes of the two end faces are connected in a pairwise inclined pulling mode through six inclined cables with the same length, and the effect of stabilizing the structure is achieved. A center rod is arranged in the center of the structure, flange plates are installed at the two ends of the center rod, and all nodes on one end face are connected with the flange plates on the end face of the center rod through horizontal steel cables to serve as axles of wheels.
