The invention provides a vehicle-mounted charger electric leakage detection device and a protection method. The detection device comprises an inverter circuit, a live wire sampling branch, a zero line sampling branch and a controller. The live wire sampling branch comprises a first adjusting circuit and a first comparison and logic output circuit which are sequentially connected in series. The input end of the first adjusting circuit inputs a first voltage V1 from the output live wire of the inverter circuit. The zero line sampling branch comprises a second adjusting circuit and a second comparison and logic output circuit which are sequentially connected in series, the input end of the second adjusting circuit inputs a second voltage V2 from the output zero line of the inverter circuit, and the live line sampling branch and the zero line sampling branch are connected in parallel; the output end of the live line sampling branch and the output end of the zero line sampling branch are electrically connected to form a sampling branch output end so as to output logic voltage; the controller is electrically connected to the output end of the sampling branch and judges whether the vehicle-mounted charger leaks electricity or not according to the logic voltage. The vehicle-mounted charger electric leakage detection device can detect the electric leakage condition of the charger in real time.

    本发明提供一种车载充电机漏电检测装置及保护方法。检测装置包括逆变电路、火线采样支路、零线采样支路和控制器。火线采样支路包括依次串联的第一调节电路和第一比较及逻辑输出电路,第一调节电路的输入端从逆变电路的输出火线输入第一电压V1;零线采样支路包括依次串联的第二调节电路和第二比较及逻辑输出电路,第二调节电路的输入端从逆变电路的输出零线输入第二电压V2,火线采样支路和零线采样支路并联,火线采样支路的输出端和零线采样支路的输出端电性连接形成采样支路输出端以输出逻辑电压;控制器电性连接至采样支路输出端,根据逻辑电压判断车载充电机是否漏电。本发明的车载充电机漏电检测装置可以实时检测充电机的漏电情况。
