The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a composite wick bent high-temperature heat pipe, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, respectively manufacturing local heat pipe assemblies with straight sections and bent sections by using metal powder as a heat pipe additive manufacturing material raw material by using an additive manufacturing technology, and each local heat pipe assembly comprises a heat pipe shell and a composite wick structure; thirdly, the bent and straight local heat pipe assemblies are assembled and formed through the laser welding technology; and finally, vacuum extraction, working medium injection and other process treatment are carried out in the prepared heat pipe, and the composite wick bent heat pipe with the excellent heat transmission performance is obtained. The method is easy to operate, low in production cost and high in manufacturing efficiency, and the heat pipe finished product is excellent in heat transmission performance and can be applied to the fields of energy power, petrochemical engineering, constructional engineering and the like.

    本发明公开了一种制造复合型吸液芯弯曲高温热管的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:首先,利用增材制造技术,以金属粉末为热管增材制造材料原料,分别制造出直型段及弯曲段的局部热管组件,局部热管组件内包含热管壳体、复合吸液芯结构;再次,利用激光焊接技术将弯曲及直型的局部热管组件进行组装成型;最后,在制备完成的热管内进行真空抽取、注入工作介质等工艺处理,得到一种具有优异热传输性能的复合型吸液芯弯曲热管。本发明方法操作简单、生产成本低、制作效率高、热管成品热传输性能优越,可应用于能源动力、石油化工、建筑工程等领域。
