The invention discloses preparation and application of a colorless polyimide film with high heat resistance and low birefringence. Specifically, based on fluorine-containing side biphenyl m-phenylenediamine, the fluorine-containing side biphenyl m-phenylenediamine, commercial dianhydride, diamine and the like are subjected to homopolymerization (or copolymerization), and the high-performance colorless polyimide (CPI) film is prepared through the processes of tape casting, heat treatment and the like. According to the fluorine-containing side biphenyl m-phenylenediamine disclosed by the invention, Suzuki coupling reaction and reduction reaction are adopted, and the fluorine-containing side biphenyl m-phenylenediamine can be efficiently synthesized from commercial raw materials through two steps. The CPI thin film material prepared by the invention shows excellent high heat resistance, low birefringence, high optical transparency, relatively low dielectric property and the like, and has potential application in the fields of key optical films such as flexible liquid crystals, organic light-emitting diode display devices, wearable equipment, intelligent vehicle windows and the like. In addition, the fluorine-containing side biphenyl diamine is convenient to synthesize, simple in route, efficient in reaction and suitable for large-scale production.

    本发明公开了一种高耐热低双折射无色聚酰亚胺薄膜的制备与应用。具体地说,基于一种含氟侧联苯间苯二胺,将其与商品化二酐、二胺等进行均聚(或共聚),通过流延、热处理等工艺制备出高性能的无色聚酰亚胺(CPI)薄膜。本发明的含氟侧联苯间苯二胺采用Suzuki偶联反应、还原反应,由商品化原料经2步即可高效地合成含氟侧联苯间苯二胺。本发明所制的CPI薄膜材料展现了极佳的高耐热性、低双折射性、高光学透明性、较低的介电性能等,具备柔性液晶、有机发光二极管显示器件、可穿戴设备、智能车窗等关键光学膜领域的潜力应用。此外,所使用的含氟侧联苯二胺的合成便捷、路线简单、反应高效,适于大量的规模生产。
