The ship container anti-collision structure comprises four supports which are fixed to a ship body and distributed in a rectangular shape, inner supporting grooves are formed in the inner walls of the supports, guide grooves are formed in the outer sides of the supports, a frame is arranged outside the four supports, two first motors which are symmetrically distributed are fixedly connected to the top of the frame, and the two first motors are fixedly connected to the top of the frame. And two output shafts of the first motor are fixedly connected with rolling wheels correspondingly, the rolling wheels are in rolling connection with the guide grooves, and lateral fixing assemblies are fixedly installed on the left side and the right side of the frame correspondingly. According to the container anti-collision device, a container can be synchronously clamped through the lateral fixing assemblies and the elastic fixing assemblies, under the cooperation of the rolling wheels and the guide grooves, the container can move downwards in the vertical direction during loading, the container cannot shake even in windy weather, collision and damage are prevented, and the anti-collision purpose is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种船舶集装箱防撞结构,包括四个固定在船体上并呈矩形分布的支架,所述支架内壁开设有内支撑槽,所述支架外侧开设有导向槽,四个所述支架外部设置有一个框体,所述框体顶部固定连接有两个对称分布的第一电机,所述第一电机的两个输出轴分别固定连接有滚轮,所述滚轮与导向槽滚动连接,所述框体左右两侧均固定安装有侧向固定组件。本发明中,通过侧向固定组件以及弹性固定组件能够同步的对集装箱进行夹持,并且在滚轮与导向槽的配合下,使得集装箱在装载时可以沿着竖直方向向下移动,即使遇到刮风天气,集装箱也不会晃动,防止造成碰撞与损坏,实现防撞目的。
