The invention provides a train control system. The train control system comprises a running integrated automation TIAS subsystem, a ground integrated control LCS subsystem, a vehicle-mounted controller VOBC subsystem and an auxiliary driving equipment AOM subsystem. The TIAS subsystem is in communication connection with the LCS subsystem, the TIAS subsystem is in communication connection with the AOM subsystem, the TIAS subsystem is in communication connection with the VOBC subsystem, and the LCS subsystem is in communication connection with the VOBC subsystem; the VOBC subsystem is used for realizing an automatic train protection function and an automatic train operation function; and the LCS subsystem is used for realizing a computer interlocking function and an area controller function. By simplifying the structure of the train control system, one VOBC subsystem can achieve the functions of two vehicle-mounted subsystems, one LCS subsystem can achieve the functions of two ground subsystems, the real-time performance, safety and usability of the system are improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
