The invention relates to a long downhill road section vehicle risk state judgment method based on temperature and speed, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1, substituting brake temperature and vehicle speed into a vehicle state judgment model matrix to obtain a vehicle state early warning state grade so as to achieve the purpose of improving the accuracy of long downhill road section vehicle risk state judgment, detecting the temperature of a vehicle brake on the long downhill road section; step 2, determining a temperature risk level to which the current brake temperature belongs; 3, detecting the speed of the vehicle; step 4, determining a speed risk level to which the current vehicle speed belongs; and step 5, giving current vehicle comprehensive risk state judgment according to a judgment model integrating the two influence factors of the temperature risk grade and the speed risk grade.
