In the embodiment of the invention, driving information of a target vehicle and environment information of the target vehicle are acquired, and the driving information of the target vehicle comprises the driving speed of the target vehicle; analyzing the driving speed and the environment information of the target vehicle to obtain a deceleration driving scene of the target vehicle, and determining a target speed of the target vehicle after deceleration according to the deceleration driving scene; obtaining a distance between the target vehicle and a collision object corresponding to the environment information, and obtaining a safety distance after deceleration; the deceleration of the target vehicle is determined according to the current speed, the target speed, the distance and the safety distance after deceleration of the target vehicle; and performing mapping processing on the deceleration to obtain feedback torque of the target vehicle, and controlling the target vehicle to perform energy recovery according to the feedback torque. According to the embodiment of the invention, a better energy recovery effect can be achieved.
