The invention discloses an electricity price and electric vehicle optimal charging management method considering power distribution network congestion. In order to solve the problem that an energy distribution strategy in the prior art lacks a three-party measurement model for a power distribution network layer, an electric vehicle user and a charging station, the method comprises the steps of obtaining electric vehicle parameters and predicting the commercial power price, and constructing a minimum cost objective function according to the parameters and the commercial power price; according to the charging power of the parameter constraint electric vehicle, power distribution network blocking allocation and power distribution network voltage limitation are carried out, a dynamic power distribution network power transmission price is obtained after solving, and a node marginal electricity price is further obtained; establishing a master-slave game model of the electric vehicle charging station and the electric vehicle charging user based on the node marginal electricity price; and solving upper and lower layer objective functions of the master-slave game model, and establishing an electricity price of the charging station and a charging management scheme of the electric vehicle user. Blocking management of a power distribution network of an elastic load can be realized, and an optimal charging management scheme of the electric vehicle is formed through a price response mechanism.

    本发明公开了一种考虑配电网阻塞的电价和电动汽车最优充电管理方法。为了解决现有技术中的能源分配策略缺少对配电网层、电动汽车用户和充电站三方衡量模型的问题,本发明包括获取电动汽车参数并预测市电价,根据参数和市电价构造最低成本目标函数;根据参数约束电动汽车的充电功率,进行配电网阻塞调配并限制配电网电压,求解后得到动态配电网输电价格,进一步得到节点边际电价;基于节点边际电价建立电动汽车充电站和电动汽车充电用户的主从博弈模型;求解主从博弈模型的上下层目标函数,建立充电站的电价和电动汽车用户的充电管理方案。可实现对弹性负荷的配电网的阻塞管理,通过价格响应机制形成电动汽车最优充电管理方案。
