The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a look-around image about a target vehicle, and determining a target area in the look-around image; the target area is segmented in the target direction to obtain a plurality of grids, and the target direction is perpendicular to the driving direction of the target vehicle; and determining a parking space according to the image semantic information corresponding to the plurality of grids. According to the technical scheme, the parking space identification efficiency is high.
